Verse 1:
Everybody’s busy, they’re havin a ball..
And you’re wondering if they’ve missed you at all
The coke’s just come, and they’re passing it around
Will you join them then, or will you just hit the town?
Bridge:
The path is narrow and the climb is steep
The water’s rising and it’s getting too deep
You’ve gotta choose, whose boat you’ll use, ‘fore you find yourself heading on a hell-bound cruise
Chorus:
Dices rolling, life keeps going, take your pick, small or big
No use crying, no one’s buying, you choose your creed, nothing else to it
All the people you met, all the lives you led, won’t matter at all when it comes down to that
‘Cos at the end of the line, when you’ve run out of time, and you’re standing at the gate; well, hell – it’s too late….
Verse 2:
You’ve got a friend in the house, and there’s no one at home
Just the two of you together, all alone
The dog’s being quiet ‘cos you gave him a bone
Now it’s up to you, so what’cha gonna do?

Note: I like this one. It’s supposed to rhyme ‘cos parts are supposed to be rapped, just that I can’t decide which parts, so have never put it to music… haven’t found anything good enough… and I don’t even know what I imagine it to sound like, apart from the rap…
